I hope all you mamas had a wonderful Mothers Day. Mine was just as I wished it be….relaxing! As many of you know I had a “boutique tour” in Maryland. Friday night, I had a smaller event with five of my The Box Service clients and then Saturday my dearest friend and FIRST client hosted an all day open house. I brought my favorite boutique finds and set up Stella and Dot. We all shopped til we dropped- First thing Sunday I packed up and traveled home. I am exhausted but it was a wonderful weekend:)
It is #MondayMingle time….with my lovely and stylish friends Kristin of BonBon Rose Girls and Nicole of Momtrends. I am keeping it classic in stripes. When my style is simple, I always like to add in some interesting elements. In this case, distressed skinnies and pops of orange. How do you keep your classics fresh and modern?
I hope you will join in the fashion fun by linking up below and be sure to pop by and visit Kristin and Nicole🙂

Aside from doing our best to be stylish….we are also a busy crew…so apologies for not bringing you Three Stylish Mamas for a few months. We are back today featuring some fabulous sunglasses compliments of Glasses.com. If you aren’t familiar, Glasses.com is an online retailer for prescription and non-prescription glasses and sunglasses. They have some great features on their site….including this virtual try on app, online chat assistance and they make all of their lenses in house at a state of the art facility. Candidly, it took a little longer than it should have for us all to receive our glasses- While I am happy with the product, beware you may have to chase down your order a bit. I chose this fun pair of green mirrored shades from Ray Ban. I love a classic Ray Ban style…and it will be nice to have something else other than my trusted D&G oversized shades. Don’t worry, I won’t be abandoning them….Love those badboys.
I suppose there are alot of people out there who wear sunglasses year round and truly rely on them to block the sun from their eyes. I do not fall in that category. I prefer to squint when I drive. I wear them more as fashion pieces and really only start pulling them out of my purse come spring/summer. Of course I keep them with me always…for those unfortunate days when the bags under my eyes can’t be concealed and you run into someone you know at the grocery store. That is the worst.
Since I don’t wear sunglasses all the time, I really hate spending a fortune on them. That is why I always turn to Ray Ban for a fabulous pair. I have highlighted two fab pairs for spring.
First is the iconic and classic AVIATOR (probably what you think of when you think of Ray Ban). Created in 1937 this was the first design made by Ray Ban. Style
RB3044 retails for $99 and comes in a couple different colors. The pictured pair is considered silver (frame) blue (lense). I really like that this particular aviator runs on the petite side for a female face and for those that care….it is prescription lens friendly.
Second is the funky WAYFARER. It was considered revolutionary when it was released by Ray Ban in 1952. Up until then, all sunglasses were metal rimmed….the Wayfarer was the first thick plastic sunglass. Who knew? Anyway- enough with the history lesson- they just look cool for summer. Style RB4141 retails for $179 and also comes in a couple different colors- pictured in light havana (frame) polarized green (lense).
Both above sunglasses are available online at www.ray-ban.com. Ray Bans are also carried at numerous sunglass boutiques/chains including but not limited to…..Sunglass Hut, Lenscrafters, Solstice, Pearl Vision, Macy’s, Nordstroms, and Sears. I say save yourself the shipping….Ray Bans are carried just about everywhere!
