I don’t know if it is the summer months or our growing social calendar now that the kids are bit older, but I am reaching for clutches constantly. I have a few I adore…..a fun kelly green, a basket woven black and my trusted Louis Vuitton…..but not one bright printed or patterned clutch. I am smitten with the highlighted ones below…still deciding which will be mine:)
I will be back Friday sharing an easy and chic summer look…the shirt/shorts combo is THIRTY DOLLARS TOTAL retail and available to purchase with one of my favorite online shops! It is a post not to miss! Happy Wednesday:)
I attended a charity event Monday evening at Deal Country Club to benefit Jersey Shore Medical Center Cardiovascular Services. My husband played a round of golf and then I met up with him to enjoy a nice dinner. I always enjoy myself at these types of events….community driven people, one on one time with my husband and all for a great cause. Perfect! Some of the men were still in their golfing attire and others changed into sportscoats, so I wanted to be appropriate, professional and yet embrace my personal style. I often pick up new clients and/or connections at these types of events…. I have to be looking stylish….of course:)
These Fibi&Clo Sandals were perfect….dressy enough to pair with my favorite black dress and tuxedo blazer, but also fun and flirty enough for the more relaxed vibe. I was gifted these sandals by the lovely Rexine a few ago and could not WAIT to wear them. I have already done so…with distressed skinny jeans and a black tank…and then as you have seen below. I will be sure to feature them regularly on instagram with outfit ideas, as I know they are going to be a summertime staple!
Have an AWESOME week and check out my ONLINE TRUNK SHOW with Fibi&Clo below. HAPPY SHOPPING!!!
Ah, where to start today…where to start? If you are a personal friend on FB you may have seen me make mention of having the most disappointing of days yesterday. Someone, who I thought was truly a friend…heard something about me..thought the worst of me…. When we finally spoke, I apologized about our misunderstanding from a really humble and honest place (I am a Libra, so if you tell me your side of things, I will always most likely understand). This friend of over 4 years did not take accept that apology…..instead continued on…saying she is too trusting of people like me. People like me? Close to tears, I left the conversation. Walked away. I feel horrible about it. I have lost a relationship and that is always hard. I am taking solace in knowing that although I am totally flawed in many ways, at my core is a really good person who tries to do her best for her family, friends, clients and herself. I have to believe in that…and myself….more than this nonsense drama…right? Right? Well that is my mantra anyway.
On a much lighter note…how freaking fabulous is this RD Style dress? I am obsessed with it…dreaming up different ways to wear it. Bright shoes….with a blazer….without a belt…big colorful statement necklace….you see the limitless possibilities…no? Since I am mentally exhausted and actually about to head out for a Roll in the Rack with a new client…I will leave you with the photos. Hope you find some outfit inspiration and make it a great weekend:)
I wore this all white look out for Girls Night on Saturday:) A few friends and I had dinner at our favorite sushi joint and then hit a riverside bar afterwards. I haven’t danced that much in a long time…and it felt GOOD! I have mentioned before that I reserve most of my “white” attire (aside from casual tees) for adult time. When I am with the kids…white just does NOT make sense…but a night out with the girls is the perfect time to rock this trend! So stylish! How about you? Would you wear all white?
It is #MondayMingle time and I am happy to be hosting this week! Please be sure to pop by and see what Kristin of BonBon Rose Girls and Nicole of Momtrends are wearing on this glorious Monday. I hope you will link up your stylish posts below:) Make it a great week.
If you follow along on Facebook you saw my announcement here, but I, of course, had to make it official on the blog. I have signed on as a Stella & Dot stylist! I am beyond excited and can’t wait to layer this into my personal shopping and styling business. My Roll in the Rack and The Box Service have been in need of reasonably priced on trend jewelry that has a warranty and will survive in your jewelry box from season to season.
As excited as I am…I also want to assure you that not much will be changing around here. You will still see regular features of more affordable jewelry ( SusieRaine and ShopDesignSpark), handmade jewelry (Zolie Designs) and pricier items (Touchstone Crystal and Chan Luu). You will also continue to see my favs from Stella & Dot…much like in the past here, here and here. Truth is I love the line….but there is room in my heart for all different accessory brands. My promise to you…if I love it…you will see it here, regardless if you can buy it from me directly or not.
If you are a client and spy something you love online, please let me know and I will be sure to include it in your appointment or Box Service. Below are a few of my current craves from the site. Hope you have an awesome weekend-back Monday with a killer style post featuring my fav new jeans!
It is #Monday Mingle time ladies! The fashionable linkup between myself, Bon Bon Rose Girls and Momtrends. The link is over with Nicole today….Hope you will pop by and join in the fun. Great giveaway this month as well…so be sure to enter when you stop by:)
As many of you know, The Box Service has started and is full steam ahead! I have been creating two to three boxes a week and wanted to share with all of you the trends and must-haves that are making it into every personalized package. If you aren’t able to book a service with me this Spring….maybe this will help guide you to some online options. Happy Shopping!
* Gladiator sandals are always fashionable in the spring and summer months. They are looking a little more extreme this spring however….many designers have sailed right on passed the ankle and are taking that sandal all the way to the knee. At first I wasn’t sure…but as I see more and more designs emerge, I have decided it is a really fun trend for Spring. It will take that jeanshort and tee look to a whole different fashionable level. I have included lots of options below…a few on the safer side and few that are more daring. This is a trend I am totally behind and plan to purchase one of the extreme pairs below!
*Crop Topscame on the scene last Spring but were reserved for tweens and celebs that haven’t eaten a burger in five years ever. The trend is continuing and has become more mainstream. At first, I wasn’t sure I could embrace it but as more adorable designs arrived in this “shorter” style, I decided to give it a try for both myself and my clientele. As a thirty-something you have to be careful of this trend. I am staying on the conservative side of this one, opting for loser fitting tops that are in line with your belly button, not up to the bustline. I am also suggesting a fitted tank for underneath if you aren’t comfortable showing midriff. I admit, this isn’t a trend for all…but I wouldn’t be reporting honestly back from the retail trenches if I didn’t make mention of it.
* White leather is everywhere. Just last week one of the boutiques I work with received a white leather mini, white leather vest and white leather leggings all in one shipment. I am SOLD on this trend. Love it! If you aren’t comfortable going FULL on leather…try the trend with your accessories like a great white belt, bag or pumps!
I was recently hired to give a style seminar to a networking group comprised of women in the healthcare industry. I assumed they would walk in with boring dark suits and zilch in the accessories department…..totally wrong….and completely surprised! The women looked fabulous….beautiful scarves, fun jewelry and one attendee even had a leopard pencil skirt on. I had a great time sharing style tips with this fashionable group and covered topics like mixing metals, scarf tying and how to take your work wardrobe and make it work for weekends. At the end of the presentation I opened it up to the audience…what did they want to know? An entire ten minute discussion opened up about the lack of fashionable womens plus size brands. This is a topic I have been struggling with my entire retail career. For some reason, most boutiques just do not carry plus size brands. It is a shame…I couldn’t agree more and if/when I have my store, I promise (and you can hold me to it) to have a plus sized section for women who do not fit in the size 0 to 12 mold. The up side? I was really pleased in my research to find some amazing online resources like Nordstroms with brands like Maggy London and Vince Camuto, One Stop Plus featuring uber stylish brands like Ulla Popken and Jessica London, Karen Kane and even Old Navy.
I am featuring my favorite picks for a few items that will work now and into early Spring….transitional pieces if you will. The unique part of this feature….I will be featuring a plus size option as well:) I can’t promise that I will do this in every post…but I will do my absolute best to include options when I can moving forward. PLEASE SHARE THIS POST with anyone who is plus sized and frustrated with shopping…maybe I can turn them onto a new resource to feel fashionable this Spring! At the end of the day, I want to inspire all women to look and feel their best:) Happy Wednesday!

Do you remember when I gave away this killer Camo Scarf compliments of Luxe Auctions? Well, Luxe Auctions has now become online accessories boutique SusieRaine and you are going to swoon! Susie has an incredible eye for beautiful baubles at affordable prices. As a fellow Jersey gal…we were just itching to partner up again. She let me choose an awesome scarf to sell exclusively to TSF readers. I chose this amazing americana lightweight scarf featured below. This will be a major repeat offender in the coming months, so if you are hesitating…DON’T…it is ONLY $19 and you can just copy all of my outfit ideas. Ha!
Loving it all “glam” with leather leggings and killer loubs….but I can totally see it with distressed boyfriend jeans, sandals and a black tee. Fail safe…”I look cool but like I didn’t try at all” outfit. What do you all think? Digging the look? How would you style the scarf? Hope you find some outfit inspiration and HAPPY SHOPPING!
Scarf Exclusive for TSF and available for purchase HERE!

I am lucky to work with amazing locally owned and operated boutiques for my personal shopping excursions. I have a plethora of clothing brands and accessories to choose from for both my Roll in the Rack and The Box Service. One resource I am often lacking in…..shoes. I have my go-to department store suggestions, but often the selection is “safe”, playing to the masses. Insert Infinity Shoes:)
Infinity Shoes is an amazing resource for a cool curation of designer shoes for both women and men. Aside from some really well known brands like Frye and Minnetonka, there were some majorly fashionable and functional new discoveries for me ex. Miz Mooz and A.S.98. Honestly, there is such a great selection it is impossible for me to highlight every pair I love. I decided to stick with ankle boots for this particular feature. Why? I think they are great winter to spring transition shoe. Wear them now with jeans and leggings tucked in…and well into the spring season with skirts and dresses. Hope you enjoy cruising the site as much as I did…Happy Shopping:)
As many of you know, I completely overhauled my site about three months ago. I am elated with how it turned out and am finally starting to get the hang of WordPress. One of the major annoyances however, was that I had to recategorize all four years worth of posts. See those nifty categories on the right sidebar….like Fall Fashion or Maternity Style…. that make it easy for guests to navigate around the site….well they were a pain in my a**. I have literally been working on it for three months…categorizing a few posts a night before I went to bed.
There was a silver lining. I was able to rediscover my blog, appreciate all of my hard work these past few years and it has taken me on a personal journey of style…and I have to say…I still love 95 percent of the outfits I have featured on TSF. I was so inspired, I decided to choose a few of my favorites (and yours) and restyle them with items that are currently retailing in stores. Fair warning…you will see a few with my big old belly…turns out some of my maternity looks were just begging to be recreated…minus the bump! Hope you all love this post as much as I do….busy week ahead planning for an event and a closet makeover on Friday:) Back Wednesday with a style post! Make it a great week!
This outfit is old…like before I was even pregnant with Preston….but I love it as much now as I did then. I still have the killer Nicole Miller blouse however the pants, shoes and earrings have all been consigned or donated. Here is how I plan to recreate this look for Spring 2014.
This maternity look was quite controversial on Pinterest…look at the commentshere. Crazy, right? In no way shape or form is this outfit scandalous…expecting or not! I decided it is one of my favorite looks and want to recreate it this Spring. A few updates to my look below!
This was also a highly pinned outfit from my Pregnancy Board…also super cute for those of us that don’t have a bun in the oven too! I definitely need to recreate this look for early Spring….now the warmer weather just needs to arrive!
This was a favorite from Pinterest as well….maybe my most popular ever? I wore this last winter…for a holiday party. I love the look and think it could easily take you into the warmer months with some color and accessory adjustments.
Back again with two of my favorite bloggers, Jill of Glamamom and Kristin of Bon Bon Rose Girls to bring you a few takes on New Years Eve fashion sponsored by the awesome online brand Karen Kane. You might remember my initial introduction to the brand here…and since, I have totally become a fan. A great mix of classic vs trendy and the prices are perfect…especially right now when you can snag something on sale:) My favorite detail of the collection…90 percent of it is made in the USA!
My look was inspired by the killer moto jacket they sent….I would most definitely wear this look to a house party or wine tasting with friends to ring in the New Year. I can totally see Jills fabulous dress taking her to a beautiful candlelit dinner with her man and lastly I can see Kristin fistpumping (ok, that might just be a Jersey thing) the night away in that lightweight sleeveless blouse. Three different scenes but all super fashionable, no? Which is your fav? Hop by their blogs here and here to see how they styled their looks more closely. Thank you for tuning into Three Stylish Mamas…we hope to bring you loads of fashion, style ideas and some giveaways in the New Year ahead! HAPPY WEEKEND TO ALL!
I have had a few clients/readers suggest a “vacation in style” post. Here are some Polyvore boards I came up with….if I were going away tomorrow this is what I would be wearing. Hope you find some inspiration:) * WARNING Seeing these looks may require you to book a tropical vacation immediately
