Hope all of you had an amazing weekend. We had a beautiful couple days…the weather was just gorgeous here at the Jersey Shore. I had a photo session with my boys at the Boardwalk Friday…a great poolday Saturday…and then a beautiful day at Eagle Oaks for Fathers Day. Decided to sport this London Times floral dress. I will admit, I don’t wear florals often….I am not super girlie in my personal style….but sometimes you just want to wear a pretty dress. I have blogged numerous times about this brand..like here and here…..great fit, affordable pricetag…whats not to love? London Times always delivers.
Do you wear florals? How would you style this dress? I kept it simple with a cool peep toe and some fun jewelry. Hope your week is off to a great start! Don’t forget to check out my #MondayMingle friends Kristin from BonBon Rose Girls and Nicole from Momtrends…always super stylish:) Kristin is hosting. Hope you find some outfit inspiration and make it a great week:)
This London Times dress gifted to me last fall is truly one of my favorite casual dresses. I have worn it to showers, family parties and apparently down by the boat docks:) Seriously though…the fit, comfort and style are just so wearable. A close second in the favorites category are these Frye boots. I have had them for about eight years and NEVER tire of them. The older and more beat up they get, the better they look. I have decided I don’t wear them nearly enough…so you might see a little resurgence on the blog this fall. Although I love the new “bootie” trend, there is something timeless about dresses and tall boots…always in style. Don’t you think? Hope you find some outfit inspiration and Happy Monday!

As part of the #SavvySummer campaign with one of my favorite dress brands, London Times I am sharing my city summer tips as well as highlighting this beautiful peplum styled dress below. As usual it fit like a glove and I loved wearing it! Took my peplum’d self to the boardwalk for this photo shoot…hopefully inspiring some of you to come and visit the beautiful Jersey Shore this summer. My city #savvysummer tip is to make memories with your families. As a child, I have the most wonderful memories of visiting my grandparents at the Jersey Shore and now that I live here full time with my family, I am committed to making those same special memories. My three year old Connor loves The Aquarium so we will definitely pop in there a few times and of course he loves the amusement rides (he told me to tell you specifically the crazy bus or “azzy bus”). As you know, superstorm Sandy really rocked our community to the core. Families were left homeless, business were flooded and shut down overnight and there is major destruction everywhere. Rebuilding has been hard and is still a work in progress but make no mistake…the shore is OPEN FOR BUSINESS this summer, so if you live close by, come visit and make some memories!
Make sure you pop by and visit my other stylish #SavvySummer friends here AND did I mention you can enter to win 1,000!!!! Yes, I just said ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Good luck!
Oh, also…if you love the dress I am wearing it is available here and use code TSF20 for twenty percent off!!! The code is good on ANY of their items like this dress that I plan to wear again for the 4th of July, so definitely take advantage:)

I would be leaving out a huge part of Point Pleasant if I didn’t make mention of the businesses off the boardwalk too. About a mile in from the beach, downtown Point is filled with amazing shops and restaurants owned by local residents and Jersey Shore lovers. For womens fashion, my personal favorites are Lola’s Boutique, D.Monaco Designs and Turquoise (I use them for my box and roll in the rack services). For my boys, I love Sarah Kiddles and for good eats I love 709 and The Coal House. Happy to share some more favorites if you are ever coming to town and want recommendations:)
